We weave our teaching so while one is teaching the other is offering manual adjustments to enhance the level of your practice.

The Softening Heart: A restorative afternoon of asana, meditation and pranayama. The Shakti leads the way as we follow the heart to the deepest place where the flame of our breath burns the brightest. As we close our eyes and look inside we will find the bright white light to lead us to a sweet love filled closing of such a magnificent weekend.
