Friday-AUG 6th 2-4pm: “Open the Heart”:  A potpourri of poses to challenge your practice. A play filled time of taking the practice to the next level. We’ll teach you where YOU are willing to go. This is a two-hour practice for the sheer delight of playing. Location: Harbor House, 329 main St, Southwest Harbor, ME LEVEL 1/2 $45

Saturday AUG 7th – 9am to 12 noon: “Breath of the Heart”: Working our way into bliss filled backbends. The heart is the hub of all that is sacred. We will move energetically through the asana as we stoke the great fire pit of the heart. A change of heart changes everything. Location: Camp Beech Cliff, 264 Beech Hill Rd, Mount Desert, ME  ALL LEVELS–$60

Saturday AUG 7th – 3pm to 5pm: “Rhythm of the Heart”: An afternoon of seated twists, forward bends, and hip openers. Life offers us a chance to match the beat of our heart with the best of the Universe. Join us as we align with nature and find our hearts beat to the rhythm of the glorious dance of life. Location: Camp Beech Cliff, 264 Beech Hill Rd, Mount Desert, ME  ALL LEVELS–$45

Sunday AUG 8th 9am to 12 noon: “The Heroic Heart”:  A morning practice of energetic arm balances, standing poses and inversions. Grace speaks through our heart. She connects us to our deeper selves through out practice. The Heart helps us along the heroic journey and brings forth who we are and what we might be. It is by going down into the abyss of the heart that we recover the treasures of our life. Location: Camp Beech Cliff, 264 Beech Hill Rd, Mount Desert, ME  ALL LEVELS–$60

The Softening Heart: A restorative afternoon of asana, meditation and pranayama. The Shakti leads the way as we follow the heart to the deepest place where the flame of our breath burns the brightest. As we close our eyes and look inside we will find the bright white light to lead us to a sweet love filled closing of such a magnificent weekend.
